Primotali Pepper Seedling

Size doesn’t always matter, but when it comes to scorpion tails, the Primotali is very…well…gifted. You see tails like this on Carolina Reapers often, but usually much smaller. A bright red pod with a very long…member growing out of the bottom. This chili is in the “milli” club at well over 1 million SHU and many people argue it is hotter than the Carolina Reaper.  The history around this pepper and it’s sibling, the classic 7 Pot Primo (which is derived from the Trinidad Scorpion), is shrouded in mystery, rumors, and speculation as it relates to the origins of the infamous, Carolina Reaper. Is it a kind of Carolina Reaper? Is it just a coincidence they share so many characteristics? We’ll let you be the judge.
